The most recent reports hints that Reince Priebus might not serve the position of the White House chief of staff. The details were published by Eric Erickson.
According to him two White House sources told him that Priebus’ “departure is imminent.”
“The president would like to land Reince somewhere still in government, but regardless has decided to move on. I was not told who the replacement is or even that the president has settled on a replacement,” Erickson said.
Moreover, Erickson added that Steve Bannon is not going to replace Priebus, stressing that the media alluded for Sen. Arlen Specter for the position. Ericson asserted that Donald Trump would in fact bring the swamp in the White House instead of draining it.
