The Governor of California just Went Behind Trump’s back and Made a Deal With China! Here Are The Details

Very recently, California’s Governor Jerry Brown signed an agreement with China on “climate change” which is in direct violation of Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution.

As reported by Blasting News, Article 1, Section 10, Paragraph 1 states, notes, “No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation.” The base for this prohibition should be evident to anyone who is aware of the repercussions of state and local governments having separate foreign policy.

The construction of treaties and partnerships is in the core of the federal government’s responsibilities. California and New York are no more able to involve themselves into climate change alliances by themselves. When contrary to that, there is only anarchy. The founding fathers, seeing what happened at the time of the Articles of Confederacy which featured a weak central government, were well aware of the outcome.

With President Donald Trump withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris climate agreement, China and California put their signature on a deal on Tuesday to collaborate on reducing emissions, as the state’s governor expressed that “disaster still looms” without immediate action.

Gov. Jerry Brown said to The Associated Press at an international clean energy conference in Beijing that Trump’s plan to withdraw the U.S. out of the Paris deal will end up being a disadvantage.

As for now, he revealed, China, European countries and numerous U.S. states will concentrate on regulating what the federal government wasn’t able to. “Nobody can stay on the sidelines. We can’t afford any dropouts in the tremendous human challenge to make the transition to a sustainable future,” Brown stated. “Disaster still looms and we’ve got to make the turn.”

Afterward, Brown had a secret meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, within which the two promised to broaden trade between California and China with an accent on green technologies that could stimulate the concentration on climate change, Brown revealed.
