Attorney General Dismissed 46 Obama Appointees

On several occasions during the presidential campaign, President Donald Trump promised to drain the swamp and so far, he is doing pretty well. The United States are full of rude people, and it appears that ex-president Barack Obama placed his people all over the US institutions. In fact, this was his “majestic” plan of
undermining the current president and ruin his tenure.

One thing is for sure, President Donald Trump got together his team, including Jeff Sessions. The new Attorney General vowed that he will do his job the best way possible. No doubt President Trump made the right decision.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions dismissed 46 federal prosecutors appointed by Obama. Robert Capers was the first to respond to this. “This afternoon, I was instructed to resign my position as United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, effective March 10, 2017. It has been my greatest honor to serve my country, New York City and the people of this district for almost 14 years, with the last 17 months serving as United States Attorney,” he said.

Jeff Sessions asked told the 46 chief prosecutors to “ensure a uniform transition.” Actually, this means that none of them isn’t allowed to make some problems while stepping out of their position.

The Department of Justice said that many of the US attorneys appointed by Obama have made a departure from their offices. As said in the statement, the US Attorney General required the residual 46 appointed US attorneys to “tender” the resignations, and make a “uniform transition.”

So far, President Donald Trump is doing an amazing job by draining the swamp. The president is dismissing Obama’s marionettes from the highest positions, and that’s nothing but a good sign. This country will finally get back on track, and we all respect President’s decisions.
